Positive: Location is great. Helpful host. Close to supermarkets and key places of interest.
Negative: The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, so it may be more suitable for younger guests or those traveling without children. The wifi speed is very slow for online streaming. To enter the building, you need a key that’s kept in a lockbox inside the mailbox, which is opened with a code. I initially struggled because the mailbox also has a keyhole, which was confusing. After some trial and error, I realized the mailbox was already unlocked and just needed to be pulled open. This wasn’t clearly explained in the instructions. It has two toilets — one downstairs near the living room and another upstairs in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Unfortunately, the upstairs toilet was not functional and seemed to have been in that state for some time. The downstairs toilet, while usable, does not have a washbasin. This setup made things inconvenient, especially at night, as we had to go down the narrow stairs to use the toilet and then back up again to wash our hands in the bathroom. Addressing the upstairs toilet issue, or adding a washbasin near the downstairs toilet, would make the stay much more comfortable. Access to the second bedroom is only possible through the first bedroom, and the two rooms are separated by a curtain rather than a door. This setup may work for families or close friends, but it doesn’t provide much privacy for separate groups of guests.
